Ira Prigat / President and CEO
Mr. Prigat was appointed President and CEO of Syneron Dental Lasers in November 2009. Prior to his executive appointment, Mr. Prigat served as the Company's International Sales Manager for 2 years. Mr. Prigat has brought to Syneron Dental Lasers a wide of experience in establishing brand equity and in developing an infrastructure for a strong and loyal global distribution network. Mr. Prigat has transformed Syneron Dental Lasers into a global leader of dental laser technologies and under his leadership the company was ranked as one of the fastest growing companies within the Deloitte Fast 500 EMEA Competition in 2011.
Yossi Weinberger / R&D Manager
Yossi joined Syneron in 2008 and serves as R&D Manager. Prior to this, Yossi helped develop an innovative breast ultra sound scanner for Helix Medical Systems. At Camtek Ltd., he served as mechanical group leader, focusing on optical inspection systems and automated wafer inspection. Yossi was a mechanical engineer leader at for accompanying projects from R&D to production at Elbit Systems Ltd., and served as Mechanical Engineer, focusing in mammography at Elscint Ltd. In addition, Yossi served as a mechanical and design consultant for several medical technology companies. Yossi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Ran Zer/ Global Service Manager
Ran joined Syneron Dental Lasers in August 2011 and serves as its Global Service Manager. He gained broad experience in service and product management in the medical industry, especially in the field of medical lasers. Ran specializes in the challenges of servicing medical devices in cooperation with distributors worldwide.
Previously, Ran served as a laser expert in the Global Service Organization of Lumenis Ltd. In addition, he has served in a variety of roles in the service and product management groups at McKesson Israel (formerly Medcon Ltd.).
Ran earned a B.Sc. degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Hila Rosenbaum / Regional Sales Manager
Hila joined Syneron Dental Lasers in January 2013 and serves as its Regional Sales Manager. She brings to Syneorn Dental wide experience in medical devices’ sales and dealers’ management in the international market. Previously, Hila served as a Sales Manager at Alpha-Bio Tec in charge of the Israeli market and the Balkan region. Hila earned her MBA degree in Bio-Medical Management from the Israeli College of Management and her B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from the Emek Izrael Valley College in Israel.
Elad Shalev / Regional Sales Manager
Elad joined Syneron Dental Lasers in February 2011 and serves as its Regional Sales Manager. He has a wide professional experience in medical equipment sales and dealer management in international markets. Previously, Elad served as the APAC and Latin America Sales Manager for OHK Medical Devices.
Elad earned his B.A. degree in Business Management from the Ono Academic College in Israel.
Claudia Yoel / Marketing Projects Manager
Claudia joined Syneron Dental Lasers in November 2007 and serves as its Marketing Projects Manager. Previously, Claudia worked at Verix & InfoGin in the Administration and Marcom departments. She speaks fluent English, Hebrew, Spanish and Portuguese.
Claudia earned her M.A. degree with distinction from the University of Derby (UK) in Human Resource Management and a B.A. degree in Social Sciences and non-formal education from Beit-Berl College in Israel.
Adva Rozen / Operations Manager
Adva joined Syneron Dental Lasers and in February 2012 commenced as the company’s Operations Manager. Previously, Adva was Syneron Medical’s Operations Analyst, specializing in operational process integration, forecasting and inventory management.
Adva’s past experience includes several roles within the field of Operations Supply Chain Management. She earned her B.Sc. degree in Industrial Management Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
